"We collaborated to add an extra element of functionality to the crocheted antler. the simple angular steel base holds the antler points in position to be hooks for hats or bags or anything you need to put aside for a bit. the three point antler shed is crocheted in plum-colored wool yarn with subtle stripes; it is held in place with a set screw and can be re-positioned if needed. the 3/16" steel flat stock is darkened and finished with linseed oil so that it will not rust. the base is slightly tilted for balance and stability. durable welds make this very sturdy."
